Job summary

Napakiak Environmental and Construction (NEC) is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to execute advanced project control activities across multiple projects, ensuring compliant, timely delivery under DOE directives.

The role interfaces with DOE/NNSA representatives and clients, providing accurate data, schedules, and cost reporting; requires 10+ years in project controls, strong knowledge of EVM, and expertise with Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree plus 10+ years of relevant project controls experience.
• 10–14 years of verifiable experience using Primavera P6 and performing project controls work.
• Strong knowledge of project control systems, EVM, and project management processes.
• Proven ability to evaluate project issues logically and recommend effective solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work across all levels of an organization and engage with external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct project control activities across multiple projects.
• Provide integration and oversight for planning, scheduling, configuration control, monitoring and reporting.
• Support development of scope, cost, schedule, and risk plans.
• Utilize project control tools to manage cost and schedule performance across concurrent projects.
• Ensure timely data and tools for Project Managers to verify performance and compliance.
