Job summary

Aquatech International, Houston, is seeking a full-time Project Controls professional to join our team. The role focuses on integrated scheduling, cost control, and governance across procurement engineering, discipline engineering, and key suppliers.

You will manage Level 3/4 schedules, track milestones, review vendor data, and implement change management protocols to protect project value and timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or closely related field).
• 10+ years in heavy industrial projects (Utilities, Power, Mining, Oil & Gas, or Infrastructure).
• Expertise in Primavera P6 (Enterprise level).
• Experience with Cost Management Software (EcoSys, Prism, or Ares).
• Advanced knowledge of BIM (4D/5D) integration into project controls.
• Deep familiarity with FIDIC or NEC contract standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with procurement engineering, engineers, and suppliers to manage long-lead equipment and materials.
• Review and integrate vendor drawings, data sheets, specs, and submittals into the master engineering schedule.
• Utilize scheduling tools to track fabrication progress, interface points, and milestones with full technical alignment.
• Lead governance, change management, and management of change to control design creep in engineering functions.
• Oversee integrated Level 3 and Level 4 schedules linking engineering, procurement, and site construction.
