Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Leader to supervise a small team and serve as a Control Team Leader on projects. The role involves designing WBS and project coding structures, developing integrated EPC schedules and cost control programs, and guiding recovery and mitigation strategies.

Strong leadership and communication across stakeholders are essential. The candidate should bring experience in leading CTL and cost/schedule management, with the ability to travel internationally

Qualifications

Accredited four-year degree and 10 years experience, or 14 years if no degree.
Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, and visitors.
Experience leading project controls teams or as a SME.

Responsibilities

Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract.
Develop totally integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules or cost control programs.
Lead scheduling analysis, review delays, propose recovery alternatives, and present to internal groups and clients.
Maintain the cost system and provide required reports; analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and communicate mitigation plans.
