Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to support construction projects across the United States. You will develop, maintain and analyze schedule and cost baselines, coordinate risk forecasts and integrate reserves into forecasts to inform stakeholders.

The role requires strong earned value management, budget forecasting and the ability to work with project teams across locations. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of budget development, planning, control and financial reporting.
• Understanding of project finance, accounting or business administration.
• Ability to create and manage work breakdown structures and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Monitor progress and compare actuals to forecasts.
• Prepare client and internal status reports on cost and schedule.
