Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources for mid-to-large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains time-phased project cost and resource forecasts.
• Performs variance, risk and profit/loss analyses.
• Prepares client and internal status reports on cost and schedule status.
• Monitors progress and compares actual expenditures with forecasts.
• Provides guidance to junior staff and may supervise junior engineers.
