Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager/Integrated Delivery Manager to lead the development, implementation, and governance of project controls and estimating efforts for large-scale nuclear EPC projects. Based in Lenexa, KS with occasional travel.

You will establish an integrated EVMS-aligned controls environment, develop the Project Controls Plan and Estimate Management Plan, and drive digital delivery, data management, and KPI reporting across owner and JV

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project controls leadership on large-scale EPC power projects.
• Extensive experience with all portions of EPC project execution.
• Experience with InEight Project Suite.
• Primavera P6 scheduling expertise.
• Strong change control and baseline management.
• Risk analysis and Monte Carlo simulation.
• Experience with EVMS and performance measurement systems.
• AACE estimating standards and classifications.
• Integrated cost/schedule/risk management systems.
• Progressive Design-Build (PDB) and Stage Gate/FEL project development.
• Joint Venture project execution.
• Accreditations: AACE International, EVMi, PMP.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project controls plans, procedures, and governance.
• Oversee integrated cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance management systems.
• Direct estimating, baseline development, cost forecasting, and contingency management.
• Lead development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules and master schedules.
• Establish and manage change management processes with risk impacts.
• Develop executive reporting, KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and analytics.
• Drive digital project delivery strategies and data management systems.
• Ensure alignment of project controls across joint venture partners and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project controls professionals.
• Maintain safety culture, accountability, and continuous improvement.
