Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is hiring a Project Controls Manager to lead a diverse controls team across multiple sites in Texas, New Mexico and North Dakota. You will own cost control, scheduling, progress reporting and change management for large-scale projects.

The role demands at least 10 years in project controls, strong analytical skills and excellent communication. Per Diem may apply for on-site work; Saulsbury operates offices in Odessa, Dallas, Port Arthur, Henderson, Abilene, and Bismarck ND,

Qualifications

Min 10 years of experience in Project Controls.
Ability to work on project sites in TX, NM or ND.
Experience in Data Center construction / Power generation / Oil & Gas.
Thorough scheduling and costing knowledge.
Excellent oral and written communication and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop project controls team to implement cost, schedule, change and reporting processes.
Develop and maintain cost reports (internal & client) with forecasts.
Create and maintain project schedules and ensure timely updates.
Oversee progress reporting and change management activities.
Provide forward-looking analysis and mitigation plans for cost impacts.
Establish data analytics and reporting for management reviews.
Coordinate with project team to ensure alignment across controls deliverables.
