Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to join our Project Controls team in Maine, with a hybrid work arrangement at an office location. You will oversee cost management, scheduling, and budgeting across complex projects, collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in PMIS platforms, dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and advanced Excel skills, with a focus on cost performance and value optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 10 years of combined field and office project controls experience.
• Experience with cost estimating, cost control, and scheduling.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboards; Excel proficiency.
• PMIS experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, e-Builder, Procore or similar.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, staffing, scheduling, and budget management under PM direction.
• Develop project cost breakdown structure and baseline budget.
• Implement cost control procedures to track expenses and analyze variances.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize project costs.
• Measure project progress and use data to assess cost performance.
• Communicate status and updates to stakeholders and clients.
