Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5 years related experience.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and forecasting.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and EcoSys for scheduling and reporting.
• Knowledge of project management methodology, risks, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Develops time-phased project cost and resource forecasts; validates costs and updates requirements.
• Generates earned value reports and analyzes variances for projects or programs.
• Maintains integrated critical path schedules for major projects.
• Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
