Qualifications

Requires 8+ years in EPC, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or construction projects.
5+ years in Project Controls, Cost Engineering, Cost Management, or Performance Management.
Experience leading controls teams on large EPC projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain project budgets, cost structures, and control account frameworks.
Monitor commitments, expenditures, accruals, and actual costs against budgets.
Perform variance analysis and identify cost trends affecting performance.
Develop ETC and EAC forecasts and support cash flow forecasting.
Maintain earned value management systems and reporting; track earned quantities and hours.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project controls reports and dashboards.
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Controls Analysts and staff.
Support change management, risk assessment, and client reporting.
