Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement processes and procedures
• Budget Management and Tracking.
• Invoice/payment application processing, tracking, and reporting.
• Produce earned value reports.
• Review GC’s cost tracking reports.
• Track proposal reviews, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Coordinate closure of POs at project-end and track work orders status.
