Job summary

Omega Foundation Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead cost, schedule, and performance reporting across civil and industrial construction projects.

You will partner with project managers, superintendents, estimating, and finance to maintain reliable schedules and forecasts, flag risks early, and deliver a clear picture of portfolio performance to leadership. You will standardize controls processes, support bid-phase estimating, and mentor teams on best practices in CPM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years of project controls experience in construction.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling, earned value, and cost forecasting is required.
• Strong communication and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains integrated CPM schedules with project teams.
• Owns project cost control, budgets, forecasts, and WIP reporting across projects.
• Tracks CPI, SPI, and productivity; flags variances before overruns occurrence.
• Manages change orders, pricing support, and documentation through closeout.
• Prepares monthly/weekly performance reports for executive leadership.
