Qualifications

• Education with 5–7 years of practical experience or equivalents.
• Experience in project controls, financial analysis and cost control throughout complex projects.
• Ability to develop cost and schedule baselines, WBS, and spend plans.
• Experience with change management and routine cost reviews.
• Knowledge of CAS/FAR principles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and schedule baselines and work breakdown structures.
• Lead project cost reviews and schedule meetings, providing reports to management.
• Apply advanced project control concepts for multi-project analysis.
• Provide leadership and training to project controls personnel.
• Translate business needs into financial/operational solutions and mitigate variances.
