Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated cost and schedule baselines for moderate to high complexity projects.
• Prepare time-phased cost/resource forecasts and validate project costs against forecasts.
• Generate earned value reports and present findings to project managers.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement financial controls and risk management.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and federal government regulations.
