Job summary

Duke Energy is seeking a technical leader to design, develop, and govern project control reporting systems. You will work with EcoSys, Primavera P6, Power BI, and SQL-based data sources to deliver reliable enterprise reporting.

You will guide data architecture, automate data integration, and mentor peers while partnering with PMO, IT, and business stakeholders to support portfolio governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in project controls or BI roles.
• Strong SQL development, data modeling, and governance experience.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Proficiency with Power BI and DAX; familiarity with EcoSys or Primavera P6.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex BI reporting solutions for project controls.
• Build backend data architecture, SQL data models, and reusable datasets in the central repository.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and lineage across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with PMO, IT, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise reporting.
• Mentor peers and drive automation and process improvements.
