Job summary

Duke Energy Corporation seeks a technical leader for Project Controls Governance to design and improve reporting, data architecture, and BI solutions. You will work with EcoSys, Primavera P6, Power BI, SQL-based data sources, and governance standards to ensure accurate, reliable enterprise reporting.

Responsibilities include data integration, complex datasets, and mentoring peers, with a strong focus on automation and process improvement across project controls systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; 7 years related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of project controls, cost management and scheduling.
• Advanced SQL development, data modeling and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex reporting solutions and BI tools.
• Develop backend data architecture, SQL queries, and data models.
• Translate requirements into governed datasets with validation.
• Lead system integrations and automation across data pipelines.
• Provide advanced user support and governance documentation.
