Job summary

RSI is seeking a Project Controls Analyst in Grand Junction, CO, with a hybrid work arrangement (approx. 50% in the office). The role focuses on integrating data across project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and financial management to support project success.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, with proficiency in EVMS, P6, Cobra, Prism, and advanced Excel. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 10 years preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly cost reporting processes including preparation of cost accruals.
• Maintain work breakdown structure (WBS).
• Update P6 schedules with earned value status.
• Calculate and maintain cost forecasts in P6.
• Maintain resource loaded baseline and working schedules in Primavera P6.
• Apply financial terminology, measures, financial data analysis concepts, and principles.
• Monitor commitments, incurred, and actual costs.
• Earned value management reporting.
• Support estimate and budget development including IDIQ proposals and annual budget submittals.
