Job summary

RSI is seeking a Project Controls Analyst in Morgantown, WV, with a hybrid work arrangement (50% in-office). The role requires leading project controls tasks, maintaining WBS, updating P6 schedules, and performing EVMS-based cost and schedule analyses.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related experience with strong analytical and communication skills; PMP preferred. Travel up to 5% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project controls experience; 10 years preferred.
• Experience administering EVMS on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly cost reporting and accruals.
• Maintain WBS and update schedules.
• Calculate and maintain cost forecasts in P6.
• Prepare EVMS reports and variance analyses.
• Assist in budget development and TOC proposals.
• Travel up to 5% as required.
