Job summary

Akima Global Logistics is seeking a Project Control Analyst III to support the ERDS project and drive financial performance across programs. You will partner with project managers to analyze costs, track performance, and prepare detailed forecasts.

You will consolidate forecasts, perform variance analysis, manage month-end close, and support contract reporting. Strong analytical skills and experience with Costpoint are essential.

Qualifications

• Citizenship in the US with ability to pass a background check.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or project controls (government contract experience preferred).
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in driving financial performance through planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Review labor utilization and provide insights for operational decisions.
• Serve as primary contact for data requests, analyses, and issue resolution.
