Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, construction management, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience (Level III).
• Minimum 9 years of related experience (Level IV).
• Experience in project management or project controls.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of EVM or PMP requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across assigned projects and control accounts.
• Develop and maintain WBS, baseline schedules, and project coding for key applications.
• Build CPM schedule logic for engineering, procurement, and decontamination activities.
• Gather data for schedule updates, measure progress, and review performance.
• Identify schedule and cost variances; assist in corrective actions.
• Track subcontractor performance and support monthly reporting.
• Participate in planning meetings and field walkdowns to validate performance.
• Maintain EVMS compliance and support risk management planning.
• Update EAC and inform management of financial posture and funding authorizations.
• Maintain training/qualifications and pursue professional development.
