Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking a Project Controls Specialist in Portage, IN to independently track project health and margins, uphold governance, and provide early warnings so Project Managers stay focused on execution.

You will update schedules, forecasts, and baselines, work with PMs and clients on cost, schedule, and reporting, and help identify risks and changes to enable accurate project delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project controls or project coordination.
• Experience with EAC/ETC forecasting, variance analysis, and change-order impacts.
• Ability to translate complex metrics into clear status reports.

Responsibilities

• Track project health, costs, and schedule baselines.
• Maintain forecasts and estimates in PM systems.
• Collaborate with PMs, clients, subcontractors on cost, schedule, reporting.
