Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Inventory Accountant, Financial Analyst, or related role.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
• SAP experience is required.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft SharePoint is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process consignment inventory counts usage expensing for customer projects.
• Prepare and maintain reports to track customer performance metrics against contractual obligations.
• Track and compile data to invoice customers monthly and as needed.
• Maintain reports and schedules detailing customer sales and other revenue items.
• Account for and manage financial data to support Product Managers, Regional Sales Managers, and other personnel.
• Prepare for and participate in bi-weekly meetings with Project Controlling Team and others.
• Set up customer quotes in SAP and maintain interface with Andritz Sales Platform.
• Set up projects, process sales orders and contracts in SAP and enter data according to terms.
• Maintain all documents in SAP, SharePoint and network folders.
• Establish relationships with external customer personnel to support Project Controlling.
• Cross-train with team members to cover duties in the group.
