General Dynamics Land Systems UK is seeking a Senior Project Controller for our South Wales facility. You will support Project Managers to ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence across multiple projects.

The role involves monitoring progress, reporting and escalation of issues, and proposing effective solutions. You will engage with stakeholders to promote robust planning practices, manage risks, and deliver on program objectives while benefiting from flexible working arrangements and

Qualifications

• Experience creating, maintaining and reporting project schedules using MS Project and EVM.
• Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Familiarity with risk tools (e.g., Active Risk Manager) and Schedule Risk Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned Project Manager(s) to promote good planning and ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Monitor, report and escalate concerns, exceptions and issues; propose practical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to drive project success.
