• Experience with budgeting, scheduling and contract terms.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate project budgets and cash flow plans.
• Prepare billing schedules and cash flow projections.
• Monitor budget versus actuals and report variances with mitigations.
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure milestones and deliveries align with contracts.
• Support CFO and finance teams with forecasts and economic analyses.
• Review procurement and vendor invoices to avoid duplicate costs and overruns.
