Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in business with specialized coursework.
• 5+ years of high-level, related experience.
• Proficient in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6/P8 or MS Project.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP software SAP (SAP PS module).

Responsibilities

• Performs as project controller, managing progress and cost during project execution.
• Provides education on tools, processes and best practices for the team.
• Explain how to use tools and processes to accomplish core project management activities.
• Provide expertise on applying tools, processes and practices to the project.
• Supports Planning/Scheduling in Integrated Project Control System.
• Participates in the development of the work breakdown structure with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance.
• Advocate for Project Management improvement.
• Works independently and within a team on nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
• Other duties as assigned
