Job summary

RTX Enterprise Services in Tucson, AZ, seeks an experienced Project and Construction Estimator (Manager, Facilities) to support construction delivery for infrastructure projects. You will develop ROM and detailed estimates using RSMeans data, partnering with project managers and engineers to align budgets with scope.

The role requires 8+ years in estimation or PM and a civil/mech/ construction management background, with the ability to analyze data, identify risks, and drive cost-effective

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in construction estimation or construction PM.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in cost estimation, take-offs, and construction cost assessments.
• Experience in leading projects through planning, execution, monitoring and closeout with risk management.

Responsibilities

• Provide ROM and detailed estimates for infrastructure and building expansion projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure budget funds are appropriate.
• Perform facilities site and area evaluations for estimate accuracy.
• Provide cost estimates with engineering for large infrastructure project evaluations.
