Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in field/office, with minimum 4 years as estimator.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project scope to ensure all trades are coordinated.
• Develop quantity-based estimates from partial data.
• Participate in estimate, proposal and constructability reviews.
