Newsletter Jobs is seeking a Senior Project Communications Advisor to lead integrated communications for major capital projects, including Gulf Coast work as assigned. The role focuses on messaging, media relations, and multi-channel content across North America.

You will partner with engagement, external affairs, and project teams to develop narratives, guide stakeholder communications, and support project approvals within a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive communications experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic communications, media relations, and integrated channel planning.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical and commercial information clearly.
• Experience utilizing communications measurement frameworks, media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and performance reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for major capital projects across North America.
• Translate complex technical and regulatory information into clear audience-focused messages.
• Lead media relations, content development, and digital communications for assigned projects.
• Coordinate communications products from information gathering through SME/legal review to final delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging reflects stakeholder feedback and project goals.
• Monitor media coverage and measure performance to optimize messaging and channels.

Formação académica

Degree or diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.
