Job summary

Hollaway Environmental + Communications Services, Inc. in Houston seeks a Communications Services Manager to lead the Communications Team and deliver high‑quality public involvement and strategic communications across multiple accounts.

The role requires senior project management, client advisory skills, and the ability to partner with leadership on strategy, culture, and growth while maintaining strong operations and QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, planning, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant consulting experience, including 3+ years of team leadership or personnel management.
• Strong project and client management skills, including scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
• Experience with NEPA-related public involvement, stakeholder engagement, and public meetings.
• Strong writing, presentation, facilitation, delegation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, virtual meeting platforms, and Monday.com.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Communications Team personnel with direction, coaching, and feedback.
• Manage team workload, staffing, and budgets to meet project goals.
• Conduct performance reviews and support professional development plans.
• Oversee multiple public involvement projects and primary client contacts.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals.
• Provide strategic guidance on communications and NEPA-related involvement.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
