Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in engineering with successful project completion.
• Proficiency in 3D Rendering, CAD Drafting and BIM.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and technical development of projects (office, interior, plazas, mixed-use).
• Generate 3D renderings and CAD drawings per specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.
• Review ADA and building codes for compliance.
• Develop construction documents for each project.
• Oversee repositioning of structures for aesthetics and safety.
• Mentor junior staff in engineering design processes.
• Collaborate with clients to meet their vision and requirements.
