Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Audit Manager to evaluate the financial, operational, and compliance performance of electrical construction projects. The role focuses on cost controls, billing accuracy, change orders, labor productivity, and adherence to company policies and regulations.

The candidate will execute audits across preconstruction, active construction, and close-out phases, collaborating with operations, safety, and finance teams to strengthen controls and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction auditing, project controls, or financial oversight.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction practices and job costing.
• Proven analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Executes project audits across preconstruction, active construction, and close-out phases.
• Applies standardized audit methodologies, risk criteria, and reporting frameworks.
• Supports improvement of audit processes, tools, and reporting consistency.
• Reviews project budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, procurement, billing, and cost performance.
• Evaluates job costing, revenue recognition, and WIP schedules for discrepancies and risks.
