Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Project Audit Manager to support the company’s audit function, evaluating financial, operational, and compliance performance on electrical construction projects. The role focuses on cost controls, billing accuracy, change orders, labor productivity, and adherence to internal policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction auditing, project controls, operations, or financial oversight.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction practices, project lifecycles, and job costing systems.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Executes project audits across preconstruction, active construction, and close-out phases.
• Applies standardized audit methodologies, risk criteria, and reporting frameworks.
• Analyzes job costing, revenue recognition, and Work-in-Progress schedules.
• Validates change orders, timekeeping, and subcontractor invoices for proper approvals.
• Collaborates with operations, safety, and finance to strengthen control environments.
