THP Limited, Inc. in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Project Manager with 5+ years of building envelope design experience and a PE or RA license.

The role involves overseeing envelope systems across masonry, curtain walls, EIFS, skylights, roofs, and related elements in both new and existing builds. You will plan and coordinate projects, lead a multi-disciplined design team, perform assessments and construction administration, manage staff, build client relationships, and contribute to

Project Manager- Building Envelope

THP Limited, Inc. is adding a full-time licensed structural engineer or registered architect and Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to our team. This position is located in our Raleigh, NC office.

Projects include assessment and design of all types new and existing building envelope systems including masonry, stone, curtain walls, EIFS, metal plate, skylight elements, and roofing.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

• Plan, develop, and coordinate projects of various sizes.
• Act as primary contact as part of a multi-disciplined design team.
• Perform assessment, design, and construction administration duties related to building envelope systems.
• Direct the work of staff members and be in responsible charge of all phases of assessment, design, and construction administration.
