Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Architectural Licensure is required for this role.
• LEED accreditation is preferred.
• 7–10 years of architectural experience on small to mid-size projects.
• Strong leadership and collaboration within a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of construction documents ensuring design intent carries through.
• Translate project goals into creative, functional design solutions.
• Coordinate architectural and engineering systems across disciplines.
• Participate in client meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee design development, coordination, QA, and construction administration tasks.
