Job summary

Greenleaf Architects is seeking an Experienced Project Architect to join a fast-paced, collaborative team in Covington. The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, be proficient in Revit, and have 3–5 years of experience across all design phases, with licensure and commercial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• Proven knowledge of design, structures, codes, construction and cost.
• Strong skills in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Enscape, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in the design and project delivery process.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to meet requirements, deadlines and budgets.
• Manage tasks and milestones, support staff and consultants through all phases from concept to construction.
• Build client relationships through trust and loyalty.
• Lead one or more design projects through all phases of design to construction completion.
• Prepare commercial design documents from concept to construction documents with accuracy.
• Conduct RFPs, bid analysis, negotiate and administer FF&E contracts.
• Develop digital and physical presentation boards throughout the project.
• Ensure policies and guidelines are followed in all communications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, consultants, contractors, studio and management.

Skills
