Qualifications

• 6–10 years of professional architectural experience
• Experience with civic, institutional, or community projects preferred
• Proficiency in Revit and standard architectural software tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and documentation standards
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects through all phases (programming to construction administration)
• Coordinate with internal design teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Serve as primary client contact and align project goals, budgets, and schedules
• Produce and oversee high-quality technical drawings and documentation
• Mentor and collaborate with junior staff
• Participate in quality control reviews for consistency and constructability
• Support project management tasks including scheduling and consultant coordination
