Job summary

MG2, an affiliate of Colliers Engineering & Design, seeks a Project Architect for Retail/F&B in Seattle, WA. You will oversee development and execution of construction documents, coordinating with consultants and internal teams across all design phases.

Requirements include a architecture degree, 6+ years’ experience, and strong Revit/AutoCAD skills plus experience with AHJs, RFI reviews, and project close-out. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a professional architecture or design firm.
• Programmatic/rollout Food & Beverage experience required.
• Proficiency with Revit, Auto-CAD, and MS Office.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating architectural construction documents; RFI/submittal review, field reports, close-out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production and coordination of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications.
• Coordinate project deliverables with external consultants and project partners.
• Provide administrative support for project teams including meeting agendas/minutes, project trackers, permits, RFIs and submittals logs.
• QA/QC reviews of all deliverables, including coordination and review of consultant documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate external submittals to local permitting authorities and AHJs; manage submittal process.
