Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience, license preferred but not required.
• Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development.
• Experience in multifamily, mixed-use or student housing construction.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Construction Administrator.
• Become a key component within the design document team.
• Attend client meetings and lead day-to-day consultant coordination.
