Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Typically 5+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit for design, documentation, and coordination.
• Basic understanding of building codes, construction documentation, and coordination practices.
• Working knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and consultants.
• Strong organization skills to manage project tasks and maintain consistency across deliverables.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to address design and coordination challenges.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a studio environment.
• Actively pursuing architectural licensure is preferred, though licensure is not required.

Responsibilities

• Support architectural design, documentation, and coordination across multiple phases of projects.
• Assist in preparing drawings and models for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Apply working knowledge of building systems, building codes, and construction methods to project work.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external consultants on assigned project components to ensure alignment and quality.
• Support the development of client presentation materials, including graphics, renderings, and diagrams.
• Assist with construction administration tasks, including managing RFIs, reviewing submittals, and preparing addenda.
• Maintain organization, consistency, and quality across all project deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with leadership staff and contribute positively to a team-oriented studio environment.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and actively engage in a mentorship-focused culture.
