Levin Porter Architects seeks a talented and experienced Project Architect licensed in Ohio to lead architectural projects from conception to completion. The role focuses on K-12 educational design and requires collaboration with clients, consultants, and construction teams to meet budget and schedule constraints.

The senior position offers advancement within the firm, with responsibilities including BIM model contributions, drafting, and team leadership of designers and BIM specialists.

Formación

• Must be licensed in the State of Ohio.
• Senior level Project Architect/Manager role.
• Experience leading K-12 educational design projects.
• Experience with OFCC, OSDM, and local districts.
• Proficient in Revit with drafting and BIM skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and present architectural designs aligned with client needs and project goals.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit.
• Collaborate with designers and consultants to integrate functional and aesthetic elements into the project.
• Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of all phases of design and construction.
• Oversee construction management activities and conduct site visits, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in business development activities to foster relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
• Manage other team members including interior designers, consultants, BIM modelers.
