Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional working experience in an architecture firm is required.
• Licensure is preferred but not required; unlicensed applicants should be pursuing licensure.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from conceptual design through completion.
• Develop design concepts into high quality Construction & Permit Drawings.
• Act as primary client, consultant, and contractor liaison.
• Coordinate and manage consultants and their work.
• Meet with authorities during permitting and respond to comments.
• Construction administration both in-office and on-site.

Skills

Proficiency in REVIT

Proficiency in SketchUP

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of state and local building and zoning codes

Education

B. ARCH or M. ARCH Degree in Architecture
