Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• NCARB certificate required.
• LEED Certification preferred.
• WELL Building Certification preferred.
• Registered Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of design work and production of technical drawings and specs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary work and manage in-house construction administration on large, complex projects.
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure quality control of Construction Documents.
