Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Registered Architect or NCARB.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams within GMC framework and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare complete project documents and specifications.
• Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Present project aspects at meetings.
