Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of professional experience in the A/E industry.
• REVIT proficiency and knowledge of standards and codes.
• Professional licensure/certification/accreditation preferred.
• LEED accreditation preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically sound design solutions.
• Oversee creation and coordination of construction documents through construction administration.
• Mentor team members and contribute to career development.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Drive quality reviews and foster effective communication across disciplines.
