Job summary

WRNS Studio in Seattle is seeking an Intermediate Architect or Designer to contribute to medium to large-scale projects with strong technical skill and a collaborative mindset. You will plan, develop and detail projects under minimal supervision, mentor junior staff, coordinate with engineers and consultants, and help translate architectural concepts into built form.

On-site work is required. Minimum 5+ years of experience, Architectural license preferred, and excellent communication are

• Internalize architectural concepts and translate into built form
• Collaborate effectively with teams of designers, engineers and technicians
• Oversee and mentor junior staff
• Explore relevant subject area, define scope, select items for investigation, and develop novel concepts and methods

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years' experience with strong technical skills
• Architectural license preferred
• Excellent Revit skills required
• Experience in medium to large scale projects
• Experience with engineer consultant coordination
• Experience in construction phase
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills
• Professional Degree in Architecture (BArch / MArch)
