Job summary

JacobsWyper Architects is seeking a Project Architect to join our design team across Philadelphia, Raleigh, and Austin offices. You will lead the planning and execution of learning environments, research facilities, and specialty projects for Science, Tech, Private Commercial and Educational sectors.

Ideally you have 6+ years of architectural design experience, with strong Revit skills and a passion for design excellence, teamwork, and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture.
• Professional architectural license preferred, but not required.
• 6+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Experience leading design and documentation for complex projects.
• Experience in learning environments, research facilities, or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage all project phases from concept to close-out.</li>
• Collaborate on construction document production and reviews.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with consultants.
• Manage staffing and project execution with Partners/PMs.
• Lead lab planning workshops and coordinate vendors and engineers.
• Ensure code analysis and architectural systems are specified accurately.
