Qualifications
- 5-12+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Licensed architect or soon-to-be licensed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited university.
- Strong design, technical, code, and detailing abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
- Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engage with owners.
- Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
- Manage scheduling, estimates, budgeting, and planning for drawings and models.
- Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
- Develop client relationships and demonstrate professional leadership.
