Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in architectural practice with higher education clients and projects.
• Professional degree in Architecture and architectural registration.
• 4+ years of Revit production experience and automation tools.
• Experience in selecting building materials and systems.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration behaviors.
• Excellent communication skills (spoken, written, graphic).
• Ability to lead project and technical teams under pressure within deadlines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading planning and design phases for higher education, sports, recreation, and wellness projects; translate design concepts into architectural solutions.
• Support Project Manager with schedule, staffing, and budget management.
• Coordinate design intent with technical project requirements.
• Direct and manage internal and external design teams from planning to construction administration.
• Represent the team with education, sports, and culture clients, industry partners, contractors, consultants, and authorities.
• Contribute to Kahler Slater's local and national portfolio.
