Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and design phases of higher education, sports, recreation, and wellness projects, translating concepts into final architectural solutions.
  • Support Project Manager in project management tasks, focusing on schedule, staffing, and budget.
  • Coordinate the project’s design intent with technical project requirements.
  • Direct and manage the internal and external design team from initial planning through construction administration.
  • Represent the team with education, sports, culture clients, industry partners, contractors, consultants, and public authorities.
  • Contribute to our local and national portfolio.

As a Project Architect, you have knowledge of a variety of building typologies, construction techniques, sustainability methods, and building technologies. What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in leading the planning and design phases of significant higher education,sports, recreation, and wellness projects, generating, and translating design concepts into final architectural solutions

What You’ll Bring:
  • 7+ years of experience as an architectural professional with experience in public and private highereducation clients and projects
  • Professional degree in Architectureand Architectural registration
  • 4+ years of Revit production experience, proficiency utilizing Revitand automation technologies
  • Experience in the selection of building materials and systems
  • Successful team-orientation and collaboration behaviors
  • Strong communication skills, spoken, written, and graphic
  • Focus on collaboration and cooperation with others, demonstrating project and technical leadership
