HDR is seeking a Senior Project Architect for our Healthcare Architecture Practice in Charlotte or Raleigh, NC. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating projects, and ensuring code compliance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading teams and performing layout and detailing on architectural projects
2. Coordinating work across project phases
3. Managing meetings with clients and agencies
4. Conducting site work sessions
5. Reviewing documents for conflicts and quality
6. Writing and editing specifications
7. Managing change orders and project documentation
8. Leading projects and providing contract administration

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• At least 10 years of experience
• Registered Architect
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk Revit, and related tools
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with architectural documentation and code knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Architecture
• Experience with healthcare projects and sustainable design
• Skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, and Grasshopper
• Local candidates preferred
